His Majesty the King, by and with the advice and consent of the National Legislative Assembly, is graciously pleased to enact an Act as follows:
จึงทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯ ให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติขึ้นไว้ โดยคำแนะนำและยินยอมของสภานิติบัญญัติแห่งชาติ ดังต่อไปนี้
Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the National Legislative Assembly, as follows:
